Having money can also be a desire

It is surprising the accumulation of money, however, is a desire to accumulate whose satisfaction is as imperative as a necessity.

Being alive imposes requirements. Some of these relate to food, other sheltered, other accommodation.

When we meet the needs, whose dissatisfaction we would risk death, desires arise which resemble those needs but their degree of urgency is less. If you do not give them satisfaction decreases our quality of life but we are exposed to die.

When we have secured the satisfaction of basic needs, desires become as important as the needs. So for those who eat every day, we can become bitter if you do not get tickets to see a football game, or hairdresser can not assist us today, or lack of a shirt whose color combine well with the pants we should use today to meet with someone.

Money is a good but not a commodity: it is very special.

Its originality is that it can be exchanged for any other. However, this wonderful ability to barter, is compensated for, in itself, has no practical utility are colored paper, useless.

In more technical terms, they say that all commodities have an exchange value (you can swap, buy and sell), but mostly they use value: a vehicle, sewing thread, vegetables, have value because they serve to use something (move, sew clothes, feed).

However, money has no value in use, is useless, but it has the most effective exchange value.

If money is worthless, one wonders what those who want to accumulate as much money.

Returning to the beginning of the article: Having money can be a desire whose satisfaction is imperative for those who have it.

The intelligence justifies any aberration

Our intelligence also serves to justify any aberration. Therefore, some support, or criticize, death sentences.

Is it true that the Cuban Revolution shot thousands of opponents?

Whether we think that is true and not true.

The question is that humans have repressed murderous intentions and we suspect that some are less repressed like the others.

In some articles have suggested that the principle of private property, in our species, it is so ingrained as we suppose. Rather it is a standard that we have set ourselves to better organize our lives together, but deep down, we're not quite agree with her. It is an idea that comes out of our instinct, rather it is imposed by culture and, as with other cultural impositions, we are constantly tempted to transgress.

For these intentions is that we were shocked when we are victims of a robbery, but we are distracted when evade taxes, for these intentions is to condemn the death penalty in general, but our head is full of exceptions when anger makes us alleging serial killers we should do exemplary justice.

Death sentences are inspired by childhood idealism, according to which we kill for that "never" happen that bother us so much.

Crimes against property and against life (RHD), attempt to be justified because some have more than they need, because some do not know what they have to care, because thieves just take too many powers. Also, serial murderers (as could be the leaders of the Cuban Revolution), argue that without such "cleansing", the objective would be so poorly protected revolutionary as that is robbed because neglect their property.

Our intelligence also serves to justify any aberration.

Laziness mandatory

Just as the lungs can not perform digestive, believe that job roles should be strict and non-transferable.

From one point of view, we could say that there is a laziness (idleness, laziness, laziness) mandatory.

We see it when we integrate an organization (company, state, school, family) in which there is a vertical hierarchy, ie a boss, some deputy (middle) and many subordinates.

We see that many tasks and responsibilities could be performed by several people who are prohibited from doing "what is not theirs".

For example, a cleaner (junior) may have good ideas about how to organize the flow of incoming materials to a processing plant, but is prohibited from communicating your idea (and still make decisions forbidden), because their role is to clean and nothing but clean.

For his part, the manager may have at their disposal to vacuum the carpet in his office, but can not do it because it would be severely criticized by his colleagues and could even generate unease among cleaners who might consider this gesture (vacuuming the dust from his office) is indicating that you are unhappy with the performance of the official in charge of the task.

In short, while we have availability of time and energy to do many tasks can not execute because the organizational culture forbids us to do tasks outside the role for which they were appointed.

By this I say in the first paragraph that there is a compulsory idleness.

Apparently, these losses occur time and energy because we believe that organizations should function as the human body.

In other words : just as the lungs can not perform digestive, we are convinced that, to maintain organizational health, the roles should be strict and non-transferable.

So too were educated

This article recalls some lessons that we all get on the school stage and not on the programs.

What is our first lesson, that we got when we were kids, most naive, restless, curious?

In general we think that during those six or seven years we reported on language, mathematics, history, geography and some other issues.

So that does not say anything because it corresponds so surely all know.

Try to remember other teachings that more explicitly included.

For example, we were taught to live for a few hours in a pyramid scheme, which had principals, assistant principals, secretaries, psychologists, teachers, assistants, caretakers, janitors, repairmen of what is often damaged (paint, furniture, masonry, glass, electricity, health).

In that area who's boss learned more, more and who obeys every middle grades. According to the organization of our school, we learned that in many cases students are those who have less power, but in others, students may hold a despotic power, that shakes up the highest levels because any student discomfort is severely punished.

Indirectly learned some notions of punctuality, time management, timing in the advancement of the subjects taught, progressive organization in difficulty.

We also learned something then we can apply elsewhere in study, work and even institutional confinement: there are hours of confinement, labor, deprivation, interspersed with moments of recreation, entertainment, distraction.

Most likely had bullying practices (as victims or perpetrators) and theoretical and practical notions on the Law of silence (omerta), that rule itself of the Sicilian Mafia and terrible penalties applied to those who report crimes, irregularities, mischief.

We leave school knowing that the strongest, charismatic and cruel rule, with inconsiderate despotism, the weak, boring, pious.

So we were brought up.

Customer Love

The casual game developers get financial gain and profit affective because they sell exactly what users enjoy.

In a previous article (1) commented with you that a person can receive great satisfaction when he finds a way to please their loved ones.

It said there that strive to enjoy getting certain results is a way to work with profit, but unfortunately, the word "profit" is demonized in broad sectors of the population.

While we accept pleased that someone enjoy helping others by giving satisfaction to their needs and desires, we feel bad that that enjoyment includes the money.

The pleasure of doing good we approve heartily, but the same pleasure, if supplemented by an amount of money, warmly re-tested.

In that article I referred to a sensible wife who applies his intelligence to find out what you need and want each of the family members to hand it, please and gratify with achievement.

At this satisfaction the qualified as "affective profit", as if the beneficiaries of their efforts show no signs of intelligent sensitivity value and the satisfaction of his desires, she would not be motivated to apply their efforts in such directions.

These reflections arise from thinking what about the marketing.

For example, for perhaps five years, many people know and love the "casual games", ie those that can be accessed by Windows (solitaire, minesweeper) or online.

Simple, free, fun and always seek the player succeed, not compete against it but that help them improve their achievements.

The developers of these games are gratified with financial gain and profit affective because they are attentive to what users like and sell exactly what they enjoy, like the loving wife.
