The assessment and analysis committees

An idea should be put into practice when the enthusiasm of its patrons not only decreases about it.

When a group of people led by a chief discusses the possibility of innovation, tempers tend to heat up because they face those who are enamored of a better future and those who are afraid of change ... at least to the changes proposed by others.

When the debate on the acceptance or rejection of that approach bogs down transformer because bids for a way and that neutralize each other, someone usually proposes the establishment of a commission in charge of studying the issue more time, gathering as much information, consultation with those affected.

If the debate does not displace the density of the discussion to see whether or not to adopt the formation of a commission, it is likely that this is integrated by those who defended the proposal and those opposed.

Who felt failed by the lack of immediate approval of its proposal, will be pleased that at least not left with a 'no', as feared, who had moderate hopes that the project was supported by the leader will be disappointed and think that the committee was formed because it is known that these organs never come to a conclusion and they were invented to kill any idea slowly undergo study.

While recognizing that some humans could be so corrupt as to form a committee and project analysis to favor corporate interests only single, narrow, it is also true that we need ways to control the excitement, the rush, the compulsion to impose our criteria.
