The rigidity of the roles irritating

Struggles for men and women match would be less stressful if we were culturally allowed freely change roles.

To realize whether we are acting according to the dictates of nature or culture, we have to stop, observe, analyze, study, meditate.

However, discern what is the origin of our actions is not something that interests us often. Rather we act the best we can, especially for comfort, not to bring problems and assuming that the current situation will be replaced by a similar one.

For example, when we are working play our usual role (seller, administrative, guard, conductor) until the clock says we can go to our house. The transport vehicle will ensure that the service but not tripping. We arrived at our home and no longer act either as employees or as a passenger, but as a parent, child, grandparent.

In each role, are we comfortable, we would change it, modify it terrifies us? We do not know what can lead us to change or keep. According to some thinkers, any role is determined by society because anatomic factors, (male or female) are not enough, it is culture that forces us to behave a certain way and we tend to think that is rightly so long.

Some military sometimes play a role they would like less responsibility and sometimes would like to play a more authoritative. A doctor may want to be a nurse and vice versa. The manager, overwhelmed by problems, may envy the messenger and this may sound with the advantages of being a manager.

The struggles for equal men and women would be less tense and clenched I was allowed to play freely in either role, without the severe penalty imposed on us by culture, it is real: not always want to exercise our assigned sex.
