The little control over the sleep

Sleep is essential to recharge your batteries, but is an autonomous body function. Attempts to control it are inevitably counterproductive.

Insomnia is a deficiency whose drawbacks are known by those who suffer and to some extent by those who share the sleepless bed.

In this case, as in many others characteristic of our species, is the attempt to "dominate" the problem which increases the difficulty. Nothing worse than falling asleep trying.

Those who want to control nature have some achievements that only serve to get by temporarily, but above all to assume that these small successes can be enhanced and prolonged.

What I am not commenting because it's for those who need and want to control everything, they have no control over this impulse that governs them.

People with the need to work and produce enough to cover themselves and family know that they need sleep and when it does not, will suffer a severe discomfort in addition to its performance will be strongly decreased.

As almost one hundred percent of paid work performed as a team, the clock becomes a must. If everyone has to do something together, also must begin and end together. Those who do not arrive at the time of the call and with enough energy will be resenting the production of all other discomfort and this will generate more: peer pressure, who directly or indirectly, will demand greater timeliness and productivity.

What I'm trying to propose is much easier to describe than to do, but also tell you:

Sleep is not as controllable as a function eat, evacuate the digestion residues or sanitized. Rest is more autonomous and attempts to control it are inevitably counterproductive.
