Negligent or willful Education

The intention of criticizing or repress adults when young, can be for the good of the young or for the sake of adults repressors.

Two expressions that have similar sounds but opposite meanings are "wrongful death" and "homicide."

If you are not a judge in criminal matters, consult Wikipedia (1) whenever in doubt.

A person may commit a mistake, negligence, stupidity, ignorance and other extenuating (manslaughter) or can commit because I really wanted to kill the victim.

The law punishes differently on either event. It is more benign when duly proven that the murderer did his best to avoid the tragic outcome and is harder when intentionality convincingly demonstrates the aggressor.

The law that governs society for specific cases also exist within our minds when we analyze, appreciate and judge the acts themselves and others.

When we make decisions we do adhering to certain codes of values, beliefs, customs.

In another article (2) commented that adults put the fuss with the behavior of our children, especially when considered dangerous to themselves or to third parties.

My purpose in this article is to point out the intent of our shocked reaction, that often ends up blaming the irresponsible young, foolish and even criminal liability.

Anybody trying to judge the behavior of adults would like to know of his deep intentions, like the judges to evaluate criminal homicide if the defendant killed intentionally or by accident.

It may be worth considering that when adults (parents, officials, educators), criticize, prohibit and punish youth to not do it for the sake of these, (young), but because they want to avoid trouble, inconvenience, reviews.
