The infantile omnipotence work and luck

A psychoanalyst has to be humble (no omnipotence) to not aggravate the disease in their patients.

Few people can make a living disassociating from reality. These few display their artistic talent and are also notoriously favored by fortune to be accepted by an audience willing to pay for their creations.

Overall living outside of reality is almost impossible.

Many more people, including criteria partially achieved unrealistic living satisfactorily.

The defining characteristic of these people, financially self-sustaining despite its illogical philosophy is to apply the idealistic slogan "Will is power."

I will use two examples to clarify this comment.

A doctor should apply this belief, ("Will is power"), for two reasons that will give you money:

1) For patients and their families will feel comforted when a doctor assures them, (even with undisguised nonsense), that "he will restore health." With this professional attitude, very likely have more patients.

2) This conviction, (but crazy), induce him to work with delirious passion. In some cases such insistence could yield positive results, but in all cases, even when there insist consensus on a negative outlook, will consume higher costs (hospitalization, in tests, drugs), of which a portion will go to their pocket.

A psychoanalyst should NOT apply this belief, ("Will is power"), but why lose patients and therefore money:

1) Most of those who need professional help from a psychiatrist suffering from idealism, believe that "Will is power 'as arrogant omnipotence retain children, although concealed by a devout attitude ... before someone even omnipotent God;

2) The analyst must be humble enough to not aggravate the disease in their patients.
