The employer is the wrong enemy

Employees attack your labor as they believe that the employer is solely responsible for their plight economies.

The prevailing mood when we have economic problems is part of the problem.

It seems that the feelings come to despair collude, conspire, preventing us from leaving as painful circumstances.

The usual intelligence with which we have to solve other people's problems, is absent just when we need to resolve their own difficulties.

Not only we are concerned but also alarmed that look that easily confused that we had to spend money it does not work in reverse: making money is really difficult.

The lack of symmetry between the actions of spending and winning us confuse, weaken us, we reinforce the feelings of insecurity because our head goes down at the worst time, when we need it most.

Such difficulties have both the employed and those who make their living laboring on their own, working alone or with hired.

We all suffer these difficulties, we all have a brain more or less similar, we spend all we earn money easily and with incredible difficulties.

Employees and employers are distressed, suffering, seeking solutions to alleviate these pains.

What may be different are the circumstances, it is not the same market facing solutions, (as they have to employers), to find solutions that only seem to be in the hands of the employer employer.

When the employer-employee faces a market consisting of multiple operators can not have relief blame others for their problems, while these are many and varied: competitors, government policy, tax collection offices, unions, low worker productivity.

Employees, to blame for their misfortune to one person (the employer), are harmed by attacking their jobs.
