Populism and Alzheimer's disease

The "populism" (1) is a form of government that deteriorates to the groups as if they suffered from Alzheimer's disease.

I worked many years in the purchase and sale of properties.

Real estate agents know a lot of man, as in all professions. What you might not know is how much they know, so do not dare to issue such opinions.

They intend guilds, required to achieve monopoly and subjects related to their specialty, is a medieval feature that works effectively in social underdevelopment.

One of the knowledge that real estate agents have is that a homeowner takes less than 10 "(ten seconds) to understand that property increased market value and about 10 months to understand that their property under market value.

The word "populism" (1) has several meanings, but is most frequently used to name the governments rather than make responsible decisions of leaders, drivers, "rulers" who rule, are dedicated to validate and legalize the claims more popular.

Here it is the same real estate agents who know: a citizen takes less than 10 "(ten seconds) in understanding that has more power and about 10 months to understand that their power has diminished.

That's why the "populism" has a rapid uptake and rulers do not govern as they are driven by the outcry, the citizen becomes accustomed to ignore any source of authority (police, inspectors, doctors, teachers, clergy).

If it were true that societies are organized like a human body, rulers and other sources of authority would take the place of the brain.

Accepting this premise as valid, it is likely that a society "populist" behave like a mindless person, demented with Alzheimer's, incapacitated for work or study.
