Strategies counterproductive employee

This paper discusses various strategies inadequate and even counterproductive, often used by workers to improve their income.

In another article (1) say that when faced with economic problems, low performance our brain and gives us solutions inadequate, inefficient and in some cases counterproductive.

Among some of the improper occurrences that can happen to them is that of wage earners pay raise request to your employer.

This solution is not inappropriate at every opportunity, but it is in most cases.

Something that workers do not take into account is the following:

- It is possible that the employer is paying the market value, ie if an employee earning 'ten' resignation, will likely get a replacement of the same value;

- The salary is not linked to the needs of the employee but with a market value. Sometimes they ask for salary increase as if the employer had an obligation to meet the needs of its employees;

- Indeed the employer is responsible for paying the amount of money you need each employee, but this does have the responsibility to somehow get the amount you need to live as you wish. From here it follows that when a worker is not in accordance with what it charges is responsible for improving their income but your employer does not have the responsibility to raise your salary;

- When the employee asks you to pay more, is suggesting indirectly that the employer is keeping something from him, accuses him (indirectly) a thief, abusive, exploitative, ... and these adjectives do not always favor good wage bargaining;

- If the employee promises to improve performance in exchange for more pay, you are self incriminating that worked far wrong.
