Money and its ability to represent

The exchange value of money is also representative value of those goods or services that he can pay.

An exchange is to exchange one good for another:

- I give you a young and unshorn sheep in exchange for you to come with your guitar and sing on my birthday for an hour, without repeating a single song. You will also be invited and you can eat all you like, you can dance with any guest when we turn on the jukebox (1) and if you want, you can stay to sleep until the next day. What do you say? Do you accept?

- Do you think your cousin Eulogia, go to your party?

- Not only will it'm hiring you to sing at her request.

- Well, I accept the swap but not including the sheep, because I live in a single environment of Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street, where the co-owners do not accept sheep.

The same situation, but set geographically in Pampa Argentina, could have been agreed upon payment of one thousand dollars in cash.

As we can see, these thousand dollars exactly equivalent to:

- A young sheep and unshorn, more
- An invitation to a family party, buffet, dancing and overnight (optional) more
- The opportunity to start a romance with an attractive woman.

All this, as heterogeneous (art, socializing, food, romance, accommodations, entertainment), predominantly intangible value, can be exchanged for real money.

In other words, money is able to represent a myriad of goods and services, with a power of attorney that are greater than our political leaders (president, senators, congressmen).

Moreover, the power of representation (equivalence redemption value), is perhaps even greater than with the words in relation to what they mean.

In sum: The money has more power than politicians and that language.
