The ingratitude and envy

We envy those who, by their situation, may feel shame. Especially envy who can feel sorry for ourselves.

Envy is a feeling quite worrying but not as much as hate.

When we suffer is because we would like to imitate the possessions or status of another person. "Sadness or sorrow for another's good," reads the dictionary (1).

However, not envious neighbor's goods but seems to enjoy the pleasure that the possessor of such property or situation. What is the happiness of others envy. We envy when we upset the welfare of others (2).

As I'm fine spinning, stopping in small details, added another situation generating envy.

In one of my many workplaces I joined a team of workers housed in a large barn, cold in winter and hot in summer.

I counted more veteran employees the sad story of the mirrored wall.

When that facility was remodeled, workers found a huge mirror that reflected.

Located on an upper end of the great hall, everyone could see each other, both were to be jokes, to gossip, to inspect.

Union leaders advised not to enter the game patterns, encouraged to play not to be foremen among them.

The bomb exploded when someone gained access, without permission, to the back of that huge mirror. There it was learned that the reciprocal observers believed that they were also being observed by senior staff from behind the transparent mirror.

Workers were angry spontaneously to the point they had to replace the common glass mirror.

As I understand there is a third year because of envy. It occurs when we imagine that another feels sorry to see our situation. We envy those who, by their situation, may feel shame.
