The ambitious perfection of mediocrity

To generate curricula ignorant citizens, should only be more perfect than usual and thus discourage students.

The people know of metaphors, but may not know that you know.

For example, all proverbs are metaphorical comparisons that suggest they are a different idea, more subtle, abstract and direct what the proverb states.

When we say the saying "In the country of the blind the one eyed man is king", we are talking about something much more generic and conceptual blindness.

Literally, this proverb is saying, for example, a one-eyed (one who has only one eye), remains a partial disability in a context where others are totally devoid of the sense of sight.

Hearing this literal assertion can also interpret that scarce resources can accomplish great things when applied in very depressed.

More often applied generically to say that "in the land of the ignorant, the poor is king."

From the standpoint of social and even economic, is relatively easy to get citizens are ignorant and even indifferent. Achieving this, any poor can govern with little difficulty, as would an absolutist king.

For a people to be ignorant not have to use very complicated mechanisms. Any mediocre with decision-making power can produce it.

The key seems to be in education, curriculum proposing slightly more ambitious than it would be reasonable.

How perfect is the enemy of the good and many people aspire to perfection, the mediocre can develop a curriculum that has aspirations just a little higher than they would be reasonable.

They should not be grossly higher because the intention of discouraging students and make them easily governable ignorant, would be too obvious.
