Who advises including dire consequences in case of disobedience to the advice, act so that their predictions are met.

Humans have no choice but to deceive in order to live with the feeling that we are the most imperfect and vulnerable species. If this same thing happened to dogs or iguanas, I'm sure they deceive themselves as much as us.

It is by this that humans believing unusual things we lie. For example, we believe there are no foolproof to suffer some classical problems of our biology.
