The earthly labor market

We paid with satisfaction to those who produce goods and services we really need, good quality, delivered on time and with reasonable price.

For many people there is the belief that to earn money honestly have to do until the benefit merits our devotion to them retribuirnos oblige.

If you struggled to understand what I mean, then you do not belong to that group of workers who only charge what they pay, unable to assign a value to what they produce, away from other colleagues with whom we can join together to defend the interests that professionally share.

Although the Dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy have not been validated, (pursuing the year 2013), we can use the word "meritocracy" which etymologically would mean "government by those who are most deserving."

The oldest and compelling slogan of this idea says: "Help yourself and help you", which meant, among other things, we first have to make merit and then receive the due reward.

Given the context of the slogan religious basically universal employer is God, who by definition are attributed the skills to know everything and to be perfectly fair.

For those who are ahead of events (death itself), and assume that they are already living in Paradise, it stands to reason that the labor market is governed directly by the Jefe Maximo (God).

Not so: the labor market on the planet Earth has another logic, colder, less magical, with a criterion of justice that is NOT divine.

Among those who are still alive, who are paid to produce goods and services requested by the buyer (employer, client), in proportion to the good quality, the opportunity (but not in any time when orders) and with reasonable price .
