Wage-productivity ratio

Common sense believes that worker productivity is linked to salary, but this is not so.

Common sense suggests sweeten our imagination thinking that we are machines, ie immortal, repairable, able to have a performance like that has our car, fan or electric opener.

But common sense is a secret organization with which we hold beliefs pleasant whose main value is in popularity in the consensus, the other major belief that majorities are not wrong.

Infallible majorities believe that regulates wage worker productivity, as accurately as the speed of a vehicle when fuel gets more throttle.

This belief generates wasteful because administrators with common sense should waste money trying to care workers are motivated. Surprised, these managers do not totally understand why wage increases do not improve productivity.

The paradoxical situation is not resolved because administrators need to imagine that they are machines, immortal, repairable, they do not suffer pain, able to receive the original part every time some body deteriorates.

For their part, the workers and their union leaders also are people with the wonderful common sense and when they do call for wage increases because the money is not enough, which can also happen to any millionaire as the needs and human desires are almost limitless .

Although this seems like a big mistake, she ends up working out reasonably because the pressure is made to any employer has a limit imposed by the market reality.

If an employer does not have competitive costs should close their activities and without occupying workers, so wage demands common sense sensibly regulate themselves.
