The leader's personal charm

The beauty, personal appeal and charm (angel, grace) leader traits are often determinants of its convening power.

We would be rational to explain convincingly how our preferences are undisputed, are strongly substantiated, are the result of an intellectual process unquestionable.

If we were able to satisfy this desire would achieve that others were forced to accept our tastes and, in a perfect situation, those tastes would become universal, officers, mandatory.

As can be seen the claims stated in the two preceding paragraphs are infected with megalomania, ie delusions of grandeur.

The delusions of grandeur is pathological if it occurs in adulthood, but it is normal in children because their mental system has not matured yet.

The pathology is characterized by the great and disproportionate ambition is ungovernable for the sufferer and is present in all his actions. However, the moderate properly megalomania, is the self-confidence, self-worth, perseverance and defense of one's convictions.

Leaders are characterized by high self-esteem, have strong convictions, but (usually) do not suffer a hobby because they find those who want to be guided by him.

The fact that followers find allows us to assume that the criterion that leader is ratified by others.

I say that this group allows us to assume, and I say that we ensure, because sometimes the followers are people who are so unbalanced as the leader.

These comments are intended only to give context isolated to the following central idea that I try to share:

Like almost all our actions are motivated by the pursuit of pleasure, (even at the expense of realism), beauty, personal appeal and charm (angel, grace) leader traits are often determinants of its drawing power.

Note: Original in Spanish (without translation by Google): El encanto personal del líder.
