Memory and forgetting

Are our mental difficulties (diseases, disorders, immaturity) that determine that some memories will seem unbearable. Therefore, a healthy mind really does not need to forget anything.

When we have to make a moving objects from one place to another, we manage to do considering our overall strength and our resistance to fatigue.

Some people prefer to start carrying the heaviest first to exploit the absence of tiredness and leave the end as light, assuming that they will have less energy available.

Where appropriate, some things could not be displaced if the force is running out.

It could also be that the objects 'unfriendly', which bring us bad memories, which always found them horribly ugly, are abandoned "accidentally" to cause involuntary loss of sight we remove that nasty thing.

A psychic level is possible to think of something similar to what I said to muscle performance.

Our mind has a different arrangement to meet, keep, care for the ideas, knowledge, memories.

There is an essential difference between muscular fitness and mental capacity: the latter is infinitely superior to the first, yet many people do not use all the potential available.

Some of the reasons relate to repression, denial, censorship.

If we appeal to the comments on the transfer of several objects of different weight, in this case we have to refer to the conservation or not of different experiences of emotional charge.

Indeed, as well as repression, denial and censorship removed from our consciousness ideas, thoughts and feelings unpleasant memory seems to be responsible for implementing these decisions.

Are our mental difficulties (diseases, disorders, immaturity) that determine that some memories will seem unbearable. Therefore, a healthy mind really does not need to forget anything.
