Exploitation sympathetic

The comfort of workers compensation is valued as much or more than money.

There are ways to exploit a worker to have the sympathy of those who know (employees, unions, journalists, government).

Perhaps that judgment applies that 'Not by bread alone does man live. "

Common sense suggests that any paid work is the only way to pay the money.

How could it be otherwise, the "common sense" is misleading us.

In many cases the fee may be in its own production or merchandise sold by the employer.

In this case, although the pattern is expected to assess the goods at cost price (without earning their normal common charges customers), we can not ignore that this cost is not always so easy to know.

If someone is engaged in import and marketing of imported products and has reached an agreement with its partners to pay a portion of the salary to these products, nothing prevents you from undeclared profits obtained by the importer abroad provider, not shared with employees.

It is possible that the employer, to pay salaries with merchandise, not exactly evaluate the cost but includes some profit for the employer. In other words, while wages paid to your employees achieved special customers (because the gain is less than that obtained from public customers).

But there is another form of exploitation, less obvious but effective.

Companies that manage to keep staff satisfied, happy, glad, because it provides services, facilities, privileges, parties, trips, vehicle, both for them and for some families, it may not pay as much money in wages, but ensures maximum fidelity and productivity.
