The survival of corporations

Those who belong to a "corporation" receive job security in return for not disrupting the coherence, harmony and corporate discipline.

Human beings seek security and avoid uncertainty. In general we have any notion of how to access these achievements.

Almost all companies have insurance agents who, based on certain mathematical techniques to assess the likelihood of something happening, we offer insurance policies with which we can reduce the risks to which they relate, by paying a cost that we generally seems minimal compared to the losses we suffer should avoid the loss of that we make.

Medicine points rather to prevention because, based on statistics, is that certain features of our current body functioning, often the history of major diseases. The health prevention for them is an acceptable criterion to increase our sense of security.

There is another way to get safety and reduce uncertainty, although it is less explicit.

If we pay attention to the meaning of the word "corporation", we see that the DRAE defines (1) as:
1. f. Organization composed of people who, as members of it, govern it.
2. f. Company, usually of large dimensions, especially if other smaller groups.
But even more significant is that "corporation" derives from "body". The second meaning (2) says:

2. m. Set of organic systems that constitute a living.

For a living body conserve the life phenomenon, the interaction of organic systems should be consistent, harmonious and disciplined. For a "corporation" preserve its existence, the interaction of its members (workers, firms) should be consistent, harmonious and disciplined.

Conclusion: Those who belong to a "corporation" receive job security in return for not disrupting the coherence, harmony and corporate discipline.
