To punish a robbery we become thieves

In our system of justice, to punish a thief thieves we become like him.

As attempts often do reasoning with data that we all know to see if I can reach a conclusion that we all know.

A payment involves a transfer of enjoyment, consensual deprivation of enjoyment, an abandonment of something we had intended to oblige.

By contrast, a robbery is a waste another causes us without our consent, of course!

A thief is someone who takes certain attributes with objects that do not belong, they are seized without the rightful owner agrees.

What is justice as a thief? It is sent to jail to pay the debt to society, debt is that generated by breaking the laws that protect private property.

We assume that the thief does not agree with that deprives him of liberty.

This procedure we use to charge, not only is useless because the victims do not recover what they lost or alleviate the displeasure of suffering a loss at the hands of a fellow, but because what we are actually doing is not justice but revenge, because if we refer to the above, the payment of a debt (to society in this case), is a consensual deprivation.

As the thief caught and tried not consent to that form of payment, then what we do with the state apparatus is jailed without your consent, meaning that we stole their freedom for a certain time.

In other words, our justice system is vindictive, apply the old criterion of "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth".

In our system of justice, to punish a thief thieves we become like him.
