The remote control and the vocation of service

The performance of a remote control can be developed, in some users, perceived feelings of omnipotence with "magical" powers.

It is likely that for at least a couple of decades, we have more reason to be conceited, smug, vain, conceited and other adjectives like that.

I think, (and I put it on if you have something to add), the television remote control was equivalent, for many of us, to a rise in the zoological scale human or category.

One might think that, without realizing it, the power to change from one program to another, without leaving the couch, imperial power equals the Caesars had to decide the life or death of somebody, just by moving your thumb up or down.

Observe how boredom and contempt, any of us, can be removed from the display the most distinguished artist, ruler or athlete.

Keep in mind that all adults come from a childhood in which naturally possess narcissistic traits, of omnipotence, of selfishness.

It's so hard because mature emotionally infantile narcissism is very resistant to education.

This predisposition to remain infantile, omnipotent, lovers of power, is reinforced by the simple use of the remote control for the TV, to open doors, to activate an alarm, air conditioning, driving games.

It is easy to have the feeling that we have mental powers of telekinesis (moving objects without the intervention of a force or energy observable).

I am suggesting that the remote control can generarnos popular belief they have supernatural powers.

This phenomenon may be enough for some people to have a strong resistance to perform tasks for other people, used to sell services, to obey orders from bosses or teachers.
