The involuntary conspiracy

When we omit reporting a crime, we do because, unconsciously, we are partners and we appreciate the offender, more than we imagine.

Ordinary citizens hardly denounce the crimes committed in our presence.

It is known the sacred "code of silence" that respects death among prisoners and when I say "death" is a metaphorical expression but that the accusation usually paid with life.

For many it is difficult to guard the information they have, even with films they made cell phones, but more difficult to make the complaint.

The difficulty to respect the "code of silence" is essentially directly feeling accomplices to the crime they witnessed. Just to not to report those responsible for the legality of partnering, indirectly, illegal.

As in all cases of doubt, are held involuntarily in the mind of the witness, advantages and disadvantages to fulfill their civic duty to point out to those who break the rules.

It is clear that the lack of punishment for offenders enabled continued their illegal practices. By not making the claim that it would be, not only are " forgiving " lack, but we are checking all else that could be committed.

In other words, who do not report illegal acts, not only allows the breach of the law, but also is enabling conditions for further commission.

The situation is often complicated because doubt between reporting and non-reporting, resulting in a loss of time that is generating fault. So, who is slow to reveal what he saw, is committing a crime for obstructing the repressive actions that may apply.

The unwitting accomplice as between the prisoners, the offender recognizes that integrates its group membership, though, for shame, could never admit it.
